Return Policy FLORIS Pieces
FLORIS Pieces orders are subject to a trial period of 14 days from the day of delivery. A trial period means that you may view the product. Please note that an item may not be returned once you have worn the product.
Please check immediately after receiving the item that it was delivered undamaged and complete. If it is not, please contact us as soon as possible to report this.
If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it. You are responsible for the return procedure yourself. This means that the return costs are at your own expense. You must indicate within 14 days that you are recalling your order, after which you have another 14 days to return your order to us. After this it is not possible to return your order, unless this has been discussed with one of our employees prior to the order. You can return the article:

You can register your return or exchange by mail.
Return
Report your return by mail, and return the package to us as mentioned above. You do need to frank the package.
If your order was sent via parcel post, we always recommend returning it to us as a parcel as well to avoid damaged items. As a customer, you are responsible for shipping your package safely. If the item is damaged during return shipping, we cannot be held responsible.

You may use this Model Form to indicate to us within 14 days of the day of delivery that you wish to cancel the purchase. You should then complete this form and email it to us at info@florispieces.com.
After this notification, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.
Review of your return
Within the trial period, you have the right to evaluate your purchase as you would in a store. However, if it turns out that the item returned to us has been used for other purposes, such as wearing it, and that wear damage has occurred as a result, there is a chance that any depreciation in value will be charged. If it turns out that the damage results in a 100% depreciation in value, FLORIS Pieces may decide to refuse a refund. In this case, you may choose to have the item returned to you by us at your expense.
Refund of costs incurred
Refunds will be made as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after the dissolution of the sale. You will be reimbursed for all costs incurred, except for the cost of return shipping. These costs are for your account, unless the sent product contained damage or you received the wrong article. In that case, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs you incurred afterwards. With this, FLORIS Pieces complies with the Dutch Law.
Shipping method of your return
FLORIS Pieces recommends sending return shipments by registered mail. Preferably with PostNL. This is not an obligation, this is an advice. You as a customer are responsible for the safe arrival of your package FLORIS Pieces, so registered shipments then give more certainty.
Processing time of your return
Returns are processed and reviewed in order of receipt, once we process your return you will be notified by email. Processing can take up to 14 days. If you want to know whether your return package has reached us, we advise you to check the track-and-trace code of your shipment at: https://www.internationalparceltracking.com/ If it shows that we have received your package, you can be sure that your return will be processed as soon as possible.
Exchanges
Please register your exchange by email, while registering your exchange you can directly indicate for which item you wish to exchange the item to be returned. Please make sure to indicate the correct color and/or size. We will then immediately make the new order when handling your return. Should there be a price difference, we will either refund or send you a request for additional payment via e-mail. Once we have received your payment the order will be processed further.
Wrong article received
You can follow the same procedure as a normal return, but while notifying us that it is an incorrectly delivered article. Should an item be exchanged due to FLORIS Pieces’ error or due to a defect, the cost will of course be at our expense.
Defective article
Have you received a defective or damaged item? Please contact us as soon as possible.
Return Label
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our store, we request that you take photos of the damaged package/item. We provide the collection of your package through PostNL. If after receiving your package it appears that you have received a return label wrongly, we will charge you the parcel costs according to PostNL rates. This will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
